Tooling Technology

Tooling in Yuqin are all designed and developed by ourselves. In addition to some standard parts of the tooling, most of the parts are produced in our tooling center to ensure the quality of the spare parts and increasingly stringent delivery time. We have experienced team of tooling design and tooling setup. Most of these experts have relevant experience in foreign-funded deep drawing enterprises, and more than 50% have worked for more than 10 years. We have rich experience in development of precision progressive and transfer tooling with high requirements of mechatronics. At present, our tooling development capacity is 25 sets per year. With the expansion of production capacity, it is expected to achieve 50 sets of annual production capacity in 2020.
